About Your Pie

Build-your-own brick-oven pizza in Indio

At Your Pie you pick the dough, the sauce, the cheese and the toppings, then the pie goes into a brick oven. The Indio shop describes its crusts as hand-tossed and its sauces as made in house. The chain says it got its start in Athens, Georgia, in April 2008.

Pizza is only part of the menu. The company names baked pasta, gelato and oven-fired wings, plus sandwiches like the Chicken Caprese. Each location picks its own local craft beers, the company says.

If you eat around restrictions, the Indio spot lists keto-friendly, gluten-free and vegan choices. It also reports catering for anything from office lunches to backyard parties, with delivery and setup.
