About Your Pie

Build-your-own brick oven pizza in Fleming Island

You pick the dough, the sauce, the cheese and every topping, then it goes into a brick oven. That's the whole idea at Your Pie, a pizza chain that also scoops gelato and pours microbrews.

The company says each pie starts with hand-tossed dough and a family marinara recipe. Its website names baked pasta, wings and handcrafted sandwiches alongside the pizza, plus fresh salads. The Fleming Island shop lists keto-friendly, vegan and gluten-free options too, handy if your crew eats a little differently.

The company describes a counter setup where staff ask your name at the register and bring the food out to your table once it's ready. Its app lets you order and pay ahead and earns rewards points on each pizza, the company says. Curbside pickup, delivery and outdoor seating are all on offer at this spot.

The company also says each location picks its own local craft beers, so the lineup here is worth a look. For an office lunch or a backyard party, the catering side reports it can deliver to your event and handle setup.

Friday and Saturday run an hour later than the rest of the week, so save the late pizza run for the weekend.
