I went in for an oil change and ended up with an oil leak. Went back in today and was told it was a bad O ring but on paper it says it just had to be tightened down. Still leaking. Also rearview mirror on side had been turned all the way down. What is going on at this place? I would advise anyone to not go there.
Great service, courteous sales people and did a great job getting my best deal. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from South Dayton Toyota. We ordered our RAV4 and couldn’t be happier with our SUV! Ben Hensley was our salesman and he was great and got us a great deal. Kept us updated as to where the RAV was in the process of bringing built I. Japan and its journey to the dealership! Thanks so much.
