Wassim and team did an excellent job. We’re very happy with our roller shades!
Got some new blinds in our Oakland home, all hunter douglas, all modern and easy to operate. Slats made this little home upgrade easy. I did send them some basic measurements at the start, but they did the proper check and custom ordered everything to fit perfect.
I stopped by hoping to replace a broken blind, but this location is more of a contracting office. Still Don was very helpful and showed me tips for properly measuring windows. The quote was higher than I had planned on spending right now, but they only sell quality products with a 7 year warranty. Even if we opted to install ourselves to save on labor. It's hard to beat that kind of flexibility and personalized service. Clearly you won't find this kind of help at a Home Depot.
