Very bland, expensive and they can't follow simple instructions like "extra sweet sauce"
Woman at counter was very friendly and philly steak shawarma was very good.
Don't bother trying to order ahead. You'll order and still have to wait for the empty lobby to clean out before they start making your food.... We ordered online Uber to have it ready for pick-up. 4:56 pick-up time. We got here at 4:58 and still had to wait till 5:26 for our food. This is unacceptable service all while the food wasn't even made well as they skimped out on toppings. The 4 star rating doesn't hold up and I would suggest walking next door to the Edo Japan for a better overall experience.
