I was extremely blessed to find this place! I needed my engagement and wedding ring enlarged after experiencing arthritis issues and I was nervous about leaving my rings to be fixed. Suzanne made me feel confident and comfortable. She was a delight to work with from the moment I walked in the door. When I picked up my rings, they looked as sparkly as they did on my wedding day. 🥲 The price they charged was reasonable, considering they were platinum. I was holding my breath waiting on the cost, but was soon relieved. THANK YOU for your help.

Several things I've taken and bought from this store. And always excellent service. I enjoy the polite conversations with the manager and the nice mature ladies that always have excellent choices and ideas for my next purchase. But on this last occasion they out did themselves. After our move here almost 6yrs ago. My wife and I hadn't taken her weeding ring to be cleaned or serviced. But for Christmas I wanted to do something special. When I arrived the ladies told me "wait to you see it". I almost cried because it looks like the day I purchased it.

Amazing experience at Max Jewelry! Manager Madi is one of the most honest and professional people I’ve met in the jewelry business. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and gave me great prices with zero pressure. Whether you want to buy, repair, or customize jewelry — this is the place. Thank you Madi for your outstanding customer service!
