Food was good, but the service was poor. The waitress was very rude. While I understand she may have been under a lot of stress as she appeared to be the only one taking orders (understaffing seems to be an issue), that is still not an excuse to yell at an elderly couple who simply asked about the status of their order. Paying guests deserve to be treated with respect, even during busy times. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Every visit at Lucy delivers a great experience! Every time we are in Napa Valley we stop by, and 5* is not enough. The atmosphere of the garden, the water, the sculptures & the right music makes it an evening to remember. The service is perfect with so much attention to details; Sandi was very personable! Food is amazing - we tried something different each time & it was better than the one before! Even prices are very good for the value and compared to the pricey area & other restaurants that don’t deliver same experience.
