Easy to schedule an appointment, good clear communication. Reliable/on-time the three times I have needed service the past few years. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians, to the point you feel as if they are troubleshooting and servicing their own home. That is why I can highly recommend Genesis.
I’m extremely happy with the service Genesis and David provided in repairing my 30‑year‑old fireplace, especially given that parts were no longer available and the solutions were complex and expensive. David offered thoughtful consultation and real solutions after another company only fixed it temporarily and never followed up when it failed again. Sabastian, their coordinator, was also very prompt and communicative. I’m truly pleased and will use their team for all my fireplace needs in the future.
