Dallas Parrots

Excellent store! Birds always seem well cared for, staff is knowledgeable and cares far more about their animals than just making a quick sale! Some of the products are a bit overpriced and can be purchased for much, much cheaper online- but being a small business, that is to be expected to some extent. I do wish they would have more publicly available information about where they source their birds, though- makes you wonder if they are coming from mills or other less-than-reputable vendors.

I highly recommend this place as they are extremely professional and super friendly. I’ve been guided through this beautiful journey since day one and I’m extremely pleased and happy with my new violet Indian ringneck “Cosmo”. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and super nice as he addressed all of my concerns and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. All the products and parrots sold by this establishment are extremely high quality and the babies are all super healthy and friendly. If you’re looking for a new member to add to your family then look no further!

At first I went to just get some bird food and maybe a toy for my cockatiel. Jason was helping me around and I mentioned how I been wanting a green cheek for a while now, and he showed me this beautiful boy that I just fell in love with. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process very fun. I love my new baby boy and he’s already best friends with my cockatiel. Dallas parrots is an awesome store, with amazing selection.
