Bloomin' Blinds of Peoria fixes broken blinds, shades and shutters right in your home, and it designs and installs new ones too. The company names plantation shutters, energy-efficient blinds and motorized shades among its products. It also handles drapery and screens.
The Peoria shop is run by Augustin and Karen Arciniega, a married couple. The website describes the brand as a national name where each location is locally owned. It says the team works on homes and businesses, and will tell you when a repair makes more sense than buying new.
On repairs, the company says most jobs wrap up on the first visit. It lists fixes for stuck blinds, faulty tilt mechanisms and broken lift cords. Worth knowing before you rip out something that just needs a new part.
The design consult in your home is free, and the company says the owner brings samples, measures the windows and leaves a written quote. It keeps weekday hours, 8 to 5 Monday through Friday, and is closed on weekends.
It holds a 5.0 rating from 453 Google reviews. Reviewers mention most how clearly the team walks through options, colors and the install process, and how careful the repair work is. The main gripe is timing, with a custom order arriving later than one customer had planned.
Peoria, in Maricopa County, had 200,881 residents in 2025, per the Census Bureau. NOAA normals for 1991 to 2020 put annual precipitation at 9.2 inches, with 0.0 inches of snow.
Since the shop runs on weekday hours only, plan your consult or repair visit for a Monday to Friday slot, and mention any install deadline at that first visit.

I’m on the fence. My experience is not complete yet. I did just get some disappointing information. My blind will arrive at the end of October. I specifically stated I needed this installed by October 13th. I paid the 50% down payment and trustingly signed documents. I don’t have enough experience and information to give a complete review. I thought my needs were made clear and acknowledged before I agreed to anything. We will see. There are a lot of predators these days let’s hope this is a good experience
Very happy with new shutters! Beautiful job.
Thank you for the experience and professionalism you presented. You explained all of our questions and what to expect. Give the a try!
