Ipswich ( (listen)) is a port town and borough in Suffolk, England, of which it is the county town. The town is located in East Anglia about 9.9 mi (16 km) away from the mouth of the River Orwell and the North Sea. Ipswich is both on the Great Eastern Main Line railway and the A12 road; it is 67 mi (108 km) north-east of London, 45 mi (72 km) east-southeast of Cambridge and 40 mi (64 km) south of Norwich. Ipswich is surrounded by two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB): Suffolk Coast and Heaths and Dedham Vale. Ipswich's modern name is derived from the medieval name Gippeswic, probably taken either from an Anglo-Saxon personal name or from an earlier name given to the Orwell Estuary (although possibly unrelated to the name of the River Gipping).

I tried to book a taxi through the app with 2 hours in advance... For some reason the app didn't accept the booking but charged me anyway! Send at least 3 emails and 1 call to the company with proof of my bank statement asking for a refund, no answer for more than a month now. It's absolutely disgusting... It's not about the money but about principles that this company apparently doesn't have. I rather walk then to ask for another service from these people.
