The Alfresco Factory
Crafting Outdoor Culinary Experiences
The Alfresco Factory, a Perth-based family business, is owned and operated by Trent Chilman and his wife Jonelle Lowe. In 2004, the company was founded as Alfresco Wood Fired Pizza Ovens. The company set out to create the most efficient, visually appealing wood-fired pizza ovens. With their production initially taking place in a shed on Trent and Jonelle's sprawling 5-acre property in the hills east of Perth, the first Alfresco Wood Fired Pizza Oven was proudly sold at the Chidlow Markets in 2005.
Alfresco Wood Fired Pizza Ovens gained a reputation quickly for their unmatched quality. Each oven is meticulously hand-crafted, and customers have the assurance that the person selling the oven is the very same individual who skillfully created it. Trent, Jonelle and the entire Alfresco Factory team are very proud of their commitment to excellence. They are able to maintain strict quality control standards by being intimately involved in manufacturing. This allows them the ability to exceed customer expectations with every oven they produce.
During the early days of business, word of their outstanding ovens spread like wildfire. The modest shed in Chidlow was soon outgrown, leading to the relocation of the business in 2007 to a larger unit in Neerabup north of Perth. The Alfresco Factory thrived from this new base and catered to customers all over Australia and the world.
In 2017, to better reflect their expanding venture, the company underwent a name change, becoming The Alfresco Factory. The Alfresco Factory was built in Neerabup to house their growing business. The Alfresco Factory is now one of Australia's leading manufacturers of wood-fired stoves. They take great pride in helping their customers transform their outdoor areas into entertaining entertainment areas where culinary delights are created and lasting memories are made.
The Alfresco Factory offers two distinct oven models. They are available as pre-assembled units for easy installation, or as DIY kits to satisfy the adventurous and hands on enthusiasts. The Alfresco Factory caters to every customer's preference and skill level, whether they prefer the convenience of an oven that is ready to use or the satisfaction of making their own.
