At Latitude 32 Fitness we want to create a safe friendly environment. No one is judgmental and we have no cliques. We are a melting pot of different, but like-minded people who want to live a healthier lifestyle.
Latitude 32 Fitness wants to change the perception of functional fitness. We do not rely on man-made machines. It’s important for everyone to know how to squat, lunge, run, throw, push, pull, and hinge properly.
We have noticed a trend that most people do not know how to properly sit down to a chair (squat). Not to mention how to correctly bend over to pick something up off the floor with a straight and stabilized back. There are tons of injuries that can be avoided through proper coaching. With our coaching our members have seen fantastic results.
One strong core value we have embedded is “Form before Performance”. We feel that this is the foundation to all positive results ranging from athletics to weight loss. At Latitude 32 Fitness we set our moral compass towards educating and helping our members achieve their goals. By making our members our first priority, it has allowed for us to grow together.
