Kailua Kona Estate

Kailua Kona Estate is located just above Queen Kaahumanu Hwy (Hwy 19) inside of Ka Aina Pono subdivision, a private gated community. The original estate was built-in 2012 and sat vacant for nearly 10 years. Starting mid-2021, the new owners of the Kailua Kona Estate have completely renovated the house. We turned this property into a beautiful space to create unforgettable memories. Every inch of this home has been lovingly and thoughtfully improved to present an experience of upscale casual elegance.
