Dillon Fraser – Real Estate

I have lived in Guelph my entire life and I’ve always loved that this city, while modest in size, always aspires to push the boundaries that even big cities do not. I grew up in a family of tradespeople which gives me an appreciation of the value of hard work as well as the benefits of sweat equity. When I was 20 years old I bought my first investment property and converted it to a legal duplex rental property and have been working towards acquiring more properties ever since.
